Returns Policy

If an item has been unused, in it's original packaging, this can be returned within 14 days. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of us receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the item minus shipping costs both ways. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered, or used. You will receive an email when we receive your return. If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, Redverz Gear will pay the return-shipping costs. Please retain all of the original packing materials.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

• Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. 
  
  Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Redverz Gear is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
